Unity Project 3: The Ranch

This is a prototype game that allows players to own their own farm. Players can buy seeds, grow crops, and sell them for a profit. Furthermore, players can buy sheep and take care of them by feeding them a percentage of the crops grown. The sheep that survive for a long period of time produce money for the player to collect. The player can also sell sheep to increase revenue. This game was a technical challenge in creating and managing several different classes that have interlinked dependencies. For example, the shop had to be created in such a way that it links seamlessly with the money management system, the vegetable seed class, as well as the Unity user-interface. The goal is for the player to balance buying and selling in order to be successful in this prototype.
